Coaching for New Instructors
You were educated as a health care professional, not as an instructor. So, we understand that some new instructors need some degree of help to succeed as a member of faculty at PA College. We have a Nursing Faculty Development Coach on staff who will work with and support new nurse educators and adjunct instructors who have limited or no teaching experience. We can help you learn to teach.
PA College has announced that it plans to merge with Saint Joseph’s University in January, 2024. With this exciting step, our students, faculty, and staff will become part of Saint Joseph’s University. This merger expands our opportunities including access to a full complement of academic degree programs and expansive University resources while maintaining PA College’s focus on health care education.
Open Positions
Fulltime Positions - MSN required
Adjunct Clinical Positions - MSN preferred; BSN considered with completion of an MSN in three years from hire date.
