Yes, for quick access to Workday you can download the mobile app on your iPhone or Android. To access Workday outside of the PA College or Penn Medicine LG Health secure networks, you will need to sign up for DUO (Two-Factor Authentication). DUO is a two factor authentication used to strengthen the protection of data. DUO is required for any Workday login taking place outside of the PA College or Penn Medicine LG Health secure networks.

Click here to learn how you can enroll. Duo Security requires a device (mobile phone/landline phone) that can receive an automated text message or phone call to validate you as an authorized Workday user. This process is also necessary to access Workday through a Mobile Application. To download the Mobile App, you will need to enter tenant ID – LGHealth.
