Stephanie Hentz, MSN, RN

Instructor of Nursing, BSN Program Director

Biography

After graduating from Penn State University in 1999, I began a career in nursing. For nineteen years, I worked in a community hospital caring for clients with cardiovascular disease. Throughout the years, I also provided nursing coverage in cancer care and hospice. About eight years ago, I became an adjunct clinical instructor at a local university to explore other avenues of the nursing profession. I quickly fell in love with teaching nursing students; and I enrolled in a graduate program at Saint Joseph's College of Maine. After graduating, I came to Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences to begin a career in academia. In addition to facilitating learning, my other passions include: spending time with my family, cooking, reading, and exercising.
