Serena Chamness, M.Ed., CHES
Education Innovation Partner
BiographyHi! My name is Serena Chamness and I work with the high school population.
My professional career started as a health educator at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health where I enjoyed supporting health care employees through wellness activities such as health screenings, exercise classes and presentations. I then transitioned to a health promotion specialist role and collaborated with community stakeholders to combat food insecurity and the lack of physical activity access in Lancaster county. Currently, as an Education Innovation Partner at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, I love providing high schoolers access to health care opportunities at the college level.
Navigating a career path is challenging, and I am here to help. If you are a high schooler interested in attending a health care camp, dual enrollment, student shadowing experience, let’s talk!
