Jessica Cheslock MSN, RNC-OB
BiographyI graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2000 with my BSN. After graduation I worked for several years at NYU Medical Center in NYC. During that time I worked on a hematology oncology unit. After three years, I transferred to Labor and Delivery. I found my passion in obstetrical nursing. I moved home to Pennsylvania in 2004 after I had my first child. I continued working in obstetrics and obtained my MSN in nursing education from Millersville University in 2009. I also had two additional children during this time. I have been able to combine my love for teaching and passion for obstetrics and women's health for over a decade. I am currently advancing my career in practice by attending Frontier Nursing University to obtain a second MSN as a Women's Health Nurse Pratitioner. My future plan is to continue with my education to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice. When I am not learning or teaching I enjoy spending time with my family. My three kids are active in sports and watching them play and grow is one of my greatest joys in life.
