Biography

Dr. Elise Hartranft DNP, CRNP, ACNP-BC started her nursing career in 1988 as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She completed her Associates Degree in Nursing and successfully passed the NCLEX-RN in 1996. Dr Hartranft then went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Immaculata University in 2001, her Master of Science in Nursing in the Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Pennsylvania inn 2002 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Alvernia University in 2020. Dr Hartranft has worked most of her career as a nurse practitioner in cardiology and critical care. She also has experience in clinical research having worked as research director for a clinical site and as a clinical trial educator in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr Hartranft has been teaching graduate nursing courses for the past 4 years.
