Mary Harnish
Mary Harnish ’14, ’19, MSN, RN, has been appointed to the new role of Director, Quality & Safety, Lancaster General Health Physicians. She will work with key stakeholders in Patient Safety, Environmental Safety and Risk Management to ensure that practice sites meet performance standards consistent with the health system. She will be responsible for establishing and supporting systems designed to ensure that patient care exceeds regulatory requirements, thereby advancing the culture, processes and standards to achieve clinical excellence. Mary previously served as an LGH inpatient nurse and a risk manager and recently completed a Penn Medicine Administrative Fellowship.
