Diagnostic Medical Sonography Associate Degree

Sonographers work closely with patients, using highly technical equipment to evaluate the brain, abdomen and other parts of the body.

About

Patients and physicians rely on sonographers to provide accurate scans and thorough reporting. We provide hands-on learning on campus and in a variety of clinical facilities. You’ll observe a wide range of real-life diagnostic exams and invasive procedures, from obstetrics and gynecology to vascular and trauma. You’ll also test your skills in our simulation ultrasound suite and other specialized rooms.

See the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ job outlook, or read our gainful employment disclosure.

Accreditation

Our diagnostic medical sonography program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs upon the recommendation of the Joint Review Committee on Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. See more accreditation information.
