Nominate an Alumni
Anyone within the College community including alumni, faculty, and staff can nominate an alumna/us to receive one of the below awards using the online form. Documentation of the nominee’s contribution need only be presented by submitting the online form, however, including a letter of recommendation and a copy of the nominee’s resume is also recommended. Nominations are open for the year and will be voted on by the Alumni Awards Committee.

- Exemplify PA College’s commitment to excellence in health care practice, leadership, and the continuous acquisition of knowledge
