    So you are an allied health clinician with an academic certificate or an associate degree in health sciences – now what?  Consider our Bachelor of Science in Health Science (BSHS).  This health science degree is designed for a variety of health care professionals who are currently practicing in their discipline, but are looking to further their education from a health sciences college or boost their career. When you graduate with a BSHS, you will be prepared for new challenges in your career, confident in your knowledge and comfortable serving in a leadership or management role.


    New for the spring 2014, we will be offering this program online, offering even more convenience in a BSHS program – blend your learning with just the right balance in work and life.

    Our highly-trained faculty understand that our students enrolled in this program have many commitments – work, family, social life. Because of that, classes meet once a week on a year-round basis.  Class size is limited so that you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with your peers, learn in a supportive environment and share your experiences with others.  We will not only focus on your growth academically, but you will gain invaluable experience, both personally and professionally.

    What is the job outlook?
    According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 20-28% job growth is expected nationally through 2020 .   

    What are the admission requirements?  

    • Successful completion of a regionally accredited associate degree or accredited hospital-based health sciences program
    • License, certification or registry (or eligible for same)
    • GPA minimum 2.0/4.0 from previous college or health science program
